Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Who delivers my order? We work with a trusted third-party logistics partner to process, pack, and deliver your order.
Do you ship outside India? At this time, we only ship within India and do not ship to customers located in the EU, UK, or other international destinations.
What happens if my delivery is delayed? If a delay occurs due to circumstances inside or outside our control, we’ll notify you and provide a new estimated delivery date.
Do you offer in-store or curbside pickup? No, we currently do not offer in-store or curbside pickup options.
Do you offer subscription or recurring deliveries? No, we don’t currently offer subscription-based deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window? You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What condition does my item need to be in for a return? The product must be unused, undamaged, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I return a sale/discounted item? Yes, items purchased on sale are eligible for a refund as long as they meet our standard return conditions.
